We will meet for worship, community, networking, and exploration, all done in thanks for the opportunity to serve our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

Registration information

Please take your time and read through registration information carefully! 

Assembly Dates: July 15-19, 2027

Travel Dates: July 14 and 20

There will be Registration and a Welcome Reception on the evening of July 14.

Opening Worship will be on the morning of July 15; Closing Worship ends at 6pm on July 19 so please plan travel accordingly.

Transportation is included as follows:

  • Wednesday July 14 from airport (ONLY that date)
  • Tuesday July 20 to airport (ONLY that date)
  • transportation will also be provided to Site Visits on July 16 and to church on July 18 (full conference schedule will be posted on the DOTAC website when finalized)
  • if you arrive or depart on days other than July 14 and 20, you will need to arrange your own transportation. (Ubers are inexpensive in Panama and a cab from the airport is $30, which can be shared by up to 3 people).

ALL but two meals are included as well as morning and afternoon cofffee breaks while we are at the hotel (you are only responsible for dinner on your own July 15 and lunch on your own July 17)

**IMPORTANT: You MUST book your room separately.

A booking link will be sent to you once you have registered. Only one person from each room should reserve the room, so please coordinate with your roommate(s) BEFORE reserving a room. For budgeting purposes, Rooms are  $119 per night single occupancy, $139 double +25 per extra person (4 max), plus taxes. See more information in the roommate section below before booking.

If you are coming earlier than July 14 or checking out later than July 20, our special room rates apply from July 10-25.

IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS, particularly physical, we encourage you to book your room early as there are only 6 accessible rooms (3 with 2 double beds, 3 with one king bed).
